Space requirements can vary depending on the package and event setup. Once you inquire, we will review your venue or event space and recommend the best configuration to ensure a safe and seamless experience.
We typically arrive one hour before the event for setup and require approximately one hour after the event for breakdown. Our team handles the entire process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Deposits are fully refundable up to one week before the event. Cancellations made within 72 hours receive a 25% refund. Due to the nature of event scheduling, refunds are not available after that point. Weather-related reschedules are available for outdoor events.
Yes. We currently serve Broward County, Miami-Dade, West Palm Beach, and surrounding South Florida areas.
Yes. Additional hours may be added for $200 per hour as long as we are not already booked for another event.
Absolutely. We offer tailored experiences for corporate gatherings and select packages include optional co-branding opportunities to align with your event or company branding.
Yes. Our simulator can be set up both indoors and outdoors depending on the space available. We will review your event location beforehand to ensure the setup works safely and delivers the best possible experience.
